Meet Aishah

A Word From Me

What Led Me Here

If there’s one thing I could change in the world, it would be to create a place of harmony. All my life, I’ve navigated this world trying to keep peace with those around me. I genuinely believed that if I could just change my own behavior — if I could transform myself — then everyone would be happy. When things became painful, I’d run — even as I stood still — desperately trying to escape what I couldn’t control. I lost myself in perfectionism, obsessive thoughts, and a relentless drive to “do,” even as my body began to break down and mysterious illnesses took hold. After years of functioning this way, I met someone. I wish it were the kind of story where two sentences lead to falling in love and living happily ever after, but it wasn’t. Instead, I encountered one of the most toxic people I’ve ever come across: a covert narcissist colleague. All my coping behaviors spiraled. I worked even harder, blaming myself for not doing enough. My thoughts became compulsive, negative, and overwhelming. My body was in a perpetual state of bracing, especially whenever I heard from this person.

It was then that I decided to do something different. The sheer pain pushed me to change. My healing journey began when I finally trusted how I felt. From that moment, I started moving away from toxic relationships, dedicating myself to learning and doing the deep work required to heal a pattern of behavior and a way of being that my body simply couldn’t sustain anymore. Since then, combining my Islamic degree with somatic teachings and expertise in Complex PTSD, I’ve had the privilege of teaching other women how to heal, how to grow, and how to leave lasting legacies.

I truly believe the rhythm of our pain can change, and I’m here to help you achieve that. I’ve learned that true harmony in a chaotic world must begin within us. We must be willing to move against the expectations of others — and even our own ingrained self-expectations. This means sometimes embracing disharmony with those who are misaligned with us — all for the sake of achieving true alignment and harmony within ourselves. When we heal and live in synchronicity with our unique purpose, the world around us will begin to reshape itself in beneficial ways. I believe we are all here for a reason, meant for something unique, and I want to help guide you on your journey to live your most aligned life.
